Terms & Conditions for Online Language Workshops

1. Registration & Payment
Participation in the workshop requires prior registration and full payment. Your spot is confirmed only upon receipt of payment. All prices are listed in DKK and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation, Refund & Right of Withdrawal

  • Participants based in the EU have the right to withdraw from the workshop within 14 days of registration without providing a reason, unless they explicitly agree to waive this right by accessing the workshop materials or participating in live sessions before the withdrawal period ends.

  • If the organizer cancels the workshop, a full refund will be issued.

3. Workshop Access & Participation
The workshop is conducted online via platform Butter and Introwise. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and the necessary software. A link to access the session will be provided before the event.

4. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to engage respectfully. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.

5. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials (slides, recordings, handouts) are the intellectual property of HeyDaniela and are for personal use only. Distribution, copying, or resale is prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer
The organizer is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s end. No guarantees are made regarding language improvement, as progress depends on individual effort.

7. Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR Compliance)

  • Personal data collected during registration is used solely for workshop purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  • Participants have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data by contacting Daniela Hummelgren, daniela@heydaniela.dk .

8. Online Dispute Resolution (EU Compliance)
