1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and provision of the Danish Learning Program ("Program") based on the Netflix show 'Rita'. By purchasing access to the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Program Description

The Program offers a structured approach to learning Danish, utilizing the first episode of 'Rita' and includes self-study exercises, vocabulary lists, and personalized teaching support.

3. Payment

The total cost for the Program is 380 DKK. Payment is due in full at the time of registration.

4. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available within the first 7 days, unless the 1:1 lesson has already been conducted.To request a refund, participants must contact the Program provider via email - daniela@heydaniela.dk

5. Rescheduling Policy

Participants may reschedule their one-on-one lesson up to 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled time. To reschedule, participants must notify the Program provider through the designated communication channel. Lessons cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time. Any changes made less than 24 hours in advance will result in the lesson being considered as conducted.

6. Program Access

Upon purchase, participants will receive access to the Program materials and instructions for how to engage with the Program components. Access to the Program is for the registered participant only and may not be shared or transferred.

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including but not limited to worksheets, vocabulary lists, and content derived from 'Rita', are the intellectual property of the Program provider and are protected under copyright law. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Program materials for commercial purposes without express permission.

8. Participant Commitment

Participants are expected to engage with the Program in a respectful and diligent manner. The Program provider reserves the right to terminate access for participants who fail to adhere to these expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Program provider is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Program materials or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

11. Amendments

The Program provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through the contact details provided at registration.
